Everything went well - fast pick up from the lost and to the airport and the shuttle was there when we got back from our trip - however - the person who picked us up was not helpful at all - she first asked which lot I was at and I thought it was Camp Creek....this is the first time I have used your service - she told me I was on the wrong bus and was very abrupt...didn't ask how she could help me figure it out. I then showed her my parking stubs and she said I was on the correct bus. When we got to the parking lot the ticket must have been marked wrong and I told her that my car wasn't there and it was at the top of the lot and she said that this is what the ticket says....I said....but my car is not here, it is somewhere else. She was very rude and not helpful at all....I asked her again to make a turn back to the back of the lot and the car was where I said - I know that everyone can have a bad day and I get that, but she is in the customer service business and represents your company. I also tip VERY WELL....she got zero....the first driver got $20 for doing almost nothing but being nice....
