Well I love your promptness, but my last trip a new driver forgot a piece of my luggage on the curb. But luckily another van was there and retrieved it! The driver who forgot it said it was not there and had me second guessing myself until another passenger said she saw it on the curb. He then radios the other van and he said yes he picked it up
