Until my last visit, I would have said the Dallas team executes flawlessly. However, what I experienced on Tuesday, June 14th was so out of character with my expectations that it bears mentioning here. I arrived by shuttle at the lot around 8:30pm. When I pulled into the cashier lane, there was a car at the window and several in line behind him. As we came to understand in the OVER 30 MINUTES that we sat waiting to check out and exit, the gentleman didn't have a readable entry ticket. I had pre-paid my parking, as I always do so had no choice but to wait. Others who tried the 2nd gate were unsuccessful in completing their transaction so they were stuck, too. The kind gentleman at the window was doing everything he could to get us moving but nothing he tried did that. The other gentleman upstairs didn't appear to be any help at all, coming down to the window twice but leaving before the situation was resolved. Park-n-Fly could have easily lost 8 customers during this time, all because they were unwilling to resolve the situation with one car quickly and minimize the inconvenience for everyone else. I will be back, but I dare say the lady in the white car who was yelling and honking her horn the whole time will not.

Went over and beyond. We got back to my husband's truck and there was a plastic bag taped over the driver's window. We thought the truck had been broken in to. Evidently the driver's window had been left down. Someone took the time to tape a bag over the window so the inside would not be ruined. We were gone 2 weeks. With our pop up storms, we would have had a mess. Thank you for your concern!

Friendly, timely drivers. Thanks for the help getting to and from the airport. The airport pick up is awful but I know it the decision of the shared ride and ground transportation folks. Please make sure all the scanning equipment works. The one at exit does not work. Sometimes the entry doesn't work. Thanks again.

Great location away from all the airport traffic, your choice of indoor or outdoor parking, Safe facility. Buses come very often with the option to call for pickup at airport. All the employees were curious and very polite.
