The convenience
Very simple you park they pick you up. When you land from the plane they are waiting for you. You get dropped off at your car plus the car wash is a bonus. Customer service was great.

Love the car wash to rinse off all the dust! Your employees are some of the nicest people and were very helpful for this trip. It has been a while since I traveled and the gentleman was very kind when I arrived and guided me through the process, the drivers were helpful with my luggage and friendly, and the lady helped me with the exit. A perfect experience!!

Friendly greeting, nice shuttle drivers, convenient to the airport and quickly picked up from airport, it was a very positive experience.
Very Convenient
Shuttle is quick to pick up at my car and usually spot on to get me at the airport after I land. Drivers have always been helpful and professional and especially helpful if traveling with my family and small kids.
Now with the construction at terminal C and less parking available, being able to leave the car miles away from the congestion is helpful.

Convenient, easy for me to get to. Last night, Friday, June 17, I had a very late arrival @ MSP (1:30 AM), but pickup was quite prompt & courteous (and appreciated)!

It was very convenient, the shuttle driver picked us up at our parked car at 4:00 AM, helped put our luggage on the shuttle, and got us to the airport. Upon arriving home we did not have to wait at the stop for very long, and again we returned to our car.
My shuttle driver was so friendly and professional! She was great! I had her both there and back( don’t know her name but had reddish hair)! Very timely and awesome!

This experience was good, quick shuttle pickups to and from the lot. One suggestion: when I pull into the lot for self park there is always a sign that says what row to park in, but the last few times it’s been way off. Either ditch it or keep it updated.
