What I like about the services are you’re always prompt always safe and very courteous workers. Soon as you pull in there is a Van waiting to follow you to your car take your luggage out and put it in the bus and get you to the airport on time very very good even when we come back no matter what time it is we make that phone call after getting our luggage and you were there waiting for us when we open the door

It was so easy to just drive in, be pointed to the row where there were empty spaces, and park. I didn't have to drive up and down rows to find a space. Then there was a shuttle almost immediately arriving to pick me up and take me to the airport. I felt safe leaving my car in your lot; I've heard that many people have had their cars stolen out of the airport's public lots. Only one concern I noted: I didn't fly back to the airport; I assisted my husband with driving back to the city. He dropped me off to get my car the day I was to pick it up, but I didn't see anyone who might have questioned me just walking onto the lot to get my car. I just used the QR code from your email to exit.

easy in and not so easy out, i always have trouble getting the scanner to read my ticket when i am leaving especially on a sunny day-is it the sun on the reader or the distance the phone is from the scanner?
