It was easy and quick and the shuttle was ready for us when we arrived. We had to wait a bit for our return shuttle, but it was after midnight so very acceptable.

someone is available 24 hours a day, in case the qr code reservation is not working or there are other issues. It is nice to know someone would be able to help when we arrive during the night for early morning flights.

The shuttle is right there when you arrive, and I have never had any issues with the security of my vehicle while I was gone. The lady who drove the shuttle at 3:30am on March 6th was so nice and all about lifting our bags for us. She is great. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle showed up within 5 minutes of our getting out to the pick up location. Wonderful.

Great service dropping off the car and onto the bus to the terminal. Same on the return...only waiting about 10 minutes out front...car was ready and off I went. Professional, courteous and efficient.

Exceeds my expectations!

Extremely easy parking and trip to Midway. Had to wait about a minute for the shuttle to go to midway and about 5 to get back. I also had left my car unlocked by accident but nothing was touched!

That someone comes out the second we pull up and gets our luggage, puts it on the van for me. Also, my car is waiting there rhe minute we pull up, cranked up abd ready to go. I am 69 yo abd the luggage being handled is the best thing for me.

It's always been great. I'm a bit perplexed at the change in companies and I'm unsure my last trip was credited properly but I have to see what happens.
