Great service! when I returned to pick up my car the battery had died. A person that worked there came to my car right away and had a battery charger. He jump started my car and had me on my way within a few minutes.

The staff is so very pleasant! This is the second time I've used Park N Fly because my first experience was so fantastic.

Pricing and parking spot were great coz they are the only one that can accommodate high roof vans! Checking in was a breeze coz having paid online but being picked up kind of took a while coz our flight got delayed and it was very early in the morning, between 1:30-2:00a.m.

I liked how they had our car waiting for us when we got the the service. One thing that can be improved is being provided the text. The text told us to go to a different terminal than were we were. We were in the international terminal, however, the text told us to go across the parking lot to a different terminal.

The reservation and prepayment made it really easy. Your shuttle drivers are wonderful. The free car wash was the cherry on the sundae.

The convenience of check in and check out and appreciate the covered parking!
Having the shuttles at the North terminal at Hartsfield I thought would be a hassle. But a short walk from South to North and plenty of friendly, courteous shuttle availability.
I got sick with Covid in Hawaii and was worried my vehicle would be moved as I did not pick up as arranged. I reached out to you all and received a terrific response that eased my worries. Thanks Park n Fly Plus Atl! We appreciate you!
