I like making my reservation online and just showing my printed copy to get into and out of the lot, quick and easy. Taking the van to and from the airport is so convenient, there’s a lot more walking to catch the return but it’s not too bad.

The shuttle drivers were very helpful, courteous, and timely. After landing and getting my luggage, a shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Best experience with a parking service to date.
The bus drivers are very helpful and prompt for pick ups.
Very easy to use if you knew what you were doing. This was my first time so it was a little confusing without much human direction. For example, when I got back on the shuttle to return to the lot, the driver did not tell me that he needed my ticket to know where I was parked. It was 2 am and I was exhausted so I didn't realize until everyone else had begun dropped off.
Waiting for us when we pulled in and got us where we needed to be on time. Great job!

This is a great service. I chose the inside garage for my 3 week trip so I didn't have to worry about weather. There was a tropical storm while we were gone. Parking here is so easy, pull in, onload and they park your car. There is a shuttle van waiting with a smiling helpful driver. It is a short drive to the airport. And because of the garage location I can get to it without driving on the the Dolphin Depressway. Returning is just as easy. There is a number to text on the ticket to let them know you have arrived. They let you know there's a shuttle on the way and they pull your call and park it right next to the shuttle stop. It can't get any better than this. And all the employees are so nice!
