However, service quality is spotty at best and personnel rotation is high. Pickup service at airport (when returning home) delays too much sometimes. Not all associates are courteous or polite.

I have used this service before, and once again, it was a huge blessing. Parking at the airport and getting to the right terminal can be very stressful, and this just takes all the worry out of it. I will definitely recommend Park and Fly to anyone. The drivers are courteous and make the pick up and drop off seamless.
