Fast pickup and drop off. Friendly drivers that frequently go above and beyond what I expect from a shuttle service. When I parked my car during my most recent trip, I was about to board the shuttle and the driver told me my rear windows were open. The service is always outstanding at the Midway location.

The frequency of the shuttle buses; I didn’t have to wait at any point in time for the bus to show up.

That one can pre-pay for parking ahead of time, and guaranteed a parking space before arriving at the parking facility. It seems that vehicles are well cared for while one is traveling.
