The reservation process was easy. The parking was easy and the lot (at my late night/early AM return) was well-lighted. The shuttle service was prompt and friendly. The lot is close to the freeway exit and entrance. The price is reasonable.
The qr code gave me quick and easy access and there was a shuttle bus immediately ready to take me to the airport. Returning at 12 AM, I got a shuttle bus within 5 minutes and I was the only one on it! Very well organized, very courteous, and reasonably priced for airport parking. Good job, keep it up!

The parking shuttles are comfortable and they run often and the drivers are very helpful. Also, the pricing is fair and lot security is very good. Our return flight was delayed and we got back a day late and the exit agent was nice enough to remove the charge for the extra day of parking. Park N Fly is A+, as always!

Efficient, fast, and organized. My only suggestion is to update your auto generated text. It directs people to the wrong gate area for pick up. I had to ask an airport attendant for help. The Courtesy Van is correct, but not the gates.
