It was very easy to reserve the dates online. It couldn’t have been any easier to park my car, get picked up to get to airport as well as, upon our return, to be picked up and taken to our car. In addition, after 10 days of our car sitting, the free car wash was greatly appreciated. Our driver was very helpful with the luggage as well as questions regarding our return. Definitely 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The drivers are always very nice. This trip was the first time we used the free car wash. That was a really nice bonus!
Location is convenient for travelers coming from the north, plus it is a little less busy than others in the area. I miss having the AAA discount that was offered before though. I hope you can stay in business with the parking garage expansion at BDL. It seemed like volume was lighter than usual on my last two visits.

Quick and easy. The only problem we had was when we had a family emergency and had to come home sooner, we were hoping to receive credit for the days we did not use. We emailed the information to the manager but received no response.
