Convenient, dependable, safe, great pickup service even at 2:30 in the morning when my flight was delayed over two hours and they didn’t charge me for an extra day! The staff are great! So friendly and informative. Picked me up from the airport only a few minutes after I called. I knew everything that I needed to know before I left for my trip. Awesome service. Car was safe in a secure, monitored, enclosed area despite being left in an uncovered parking lot. Huge kudos to Park ‘N Fly!

Convenient and shuttle is prompt!

The shuttle was right there to pick us up as soon as we parked our car. Drivers were very courteous both on departure and arrival. I especially liked being able to pre-book and know we had a place to park for our early morning flight. Also really like the method of texting on arrival to get the courtesy van instead of just standing in the courtesy van area and waiting. That gave us a sense of relief after a long day of travel.

I like that you pick up and drop me off at my car. I don't have to drag my suitcase through the airport parking ramp. It always seemed like the open parking spots were as far from the elevator or main airport as you could get.

It's easy and convenient. The guy who brought me back to my car was so helpful and nice. I couldn't scan my reservation code when I got there so had to get a ticket. I was afraid I would have to pay twice. He said to go to the ramp exit where there was a person I could talk to, but I didn't know how to get to that exit. He then had me follow him there and everything was taken care of.

I love using Park ‘N Fly when traveling! It’s easy to access, the shirt is waiting for me to get exit my car to drive me quickly to the airline, and is waiting upon my return!! Can’t ask for more!!

All was a very nice Experience. Only problem is when I returned to Oakland unsung the Phone app was unclear where to go wait for the pickup. Call the number and got a text to go to 4F. If the app would of told me to go to 4F would of been better
