We use your parking and shuttle service every time we fly out of Midway. In fact we live closer to O'hare but prefer Midway because of the Park N' Fly option that makes it so easy and affordable.

Very well organized - I love that the space number is assigned and you get a ticket with directions on what you are supposed to do when you get back- like where to meet the shuttle, and the shuttle is able to take you straight to your car. Also the spaces are a good size with enough space between cars. The people that work there are friendly and helpful.

The reservation process was super easy. The check in process was great. The pick up was quick. Could have been a little quicker picking up from the airport, but there might have been legit reason ... but still VERY satisfactory. The check out procedure was super quick. The drivers were friendly and helpful. We did have a hard time finding a place to park in the uncovered lot .... it took us several times around the lot to find an open spot. We have used you in the past and will definately use you again in the future.

one thing i think that would be helpful. signage at each exit on the upper level doors letting people know that Park N Fly pickup is on the lower level only. i was waiting upstairs for 30 mins.. before realizing i needed to be on the ground floor. thanks, marc
