While service has been questionable at times during COVID, this occasion was excellent. Driver responsive and helpful both in the pick-up and return. Great to see service levels coming back up.

Good service, and reasonable price. I also like the awards days.

I always use the valet service, which is very good. However I believe it is supposed to be “covered” parking. The last 2 times I used it, when I returned my car had water spots on it. I was very obvious that it was parked outside and it had rained and left my car dirty.

Loved how the bus driver took us directly to our vehicle when we were going back home from our trip. I also liked how getting there the bus will find you.

The only downside was waiting for a bus at the airport and finally found out that you can request one but that did take a while to arrive to us.
