I love the option of booking on-line to ensure covered space is available the day we arrive. HOWEVER, we were unable to use our AAA discount when booking. Requested adjustment when we returned, but Ryan said they could not do that because we got a discount for booking on-line?? Its hardly a discounted rate at $14.45 on-line vs. $14.50. Come on, do you want us to us on-line or not? Be fair to customers. Thank you! Kathie & Glade Oliverson

It's easy to make reservations, easy to get to, lots of assistance from personnel, quick turnaround to airport, pretty good service for pickup, quick ride to the airport, and my car is always waiting for me when I arrive back at the garage. My ONLY complaint lies with payment. I always pay one in advance. The past two time I've returned I was told to pay before I received my keys and there was no record of payment until I pulled the information up on my phone. This was an inconvenience I didn't like. I hope it does not happen a third time. Other than that, great service.

Service oriented

It is easy to book online, it is easy to enter and find parking, the shuttle bus is waiting as soon as I turn my car off. Getting picked up at the airport is just as easy, I just send a text that I have landed and there is a bus waiting for me after I get my luggage. With the new app, there is a page that allows you to see when the next bus will be coming, but usually there is one waiting.

It’s so easy and quick! I love having my car running with the heat and AC on
