Just have a comment regarding the pick-up once you call, when I arrived outside there was a family of 6 waiting for the next shuttle but the next bus stopped and picked up other passengers that had just come out of the airport, which unfair to the family waiting and also myself since we were the only people out waiting as a bus pulled away once we pulled out. In my opinion there needs to be gates or to reign in the people to keep it orderly.
