I like it that your location is close to ATL airport. When I exited the parking lot on June 30, 2022, the car wash was not working. I asked at the exit gate if it could be activated but was told it was 'out of order'. This is the main reason I use Park n Fly. I like getting my car washed off when I leave there.
Also, there seems to always be a problem with the exit/payment machine. I have yet to get it to read the barcode from my ticket and I have to back up and drive to the window where there is a person working. It shouldn't take this long to exit.

With the recent price hike, it is rather expensive at $14.95 so better service should be given.

I love the friendly and kind staff that guides us where to park quickly and gets us to the terminal. The process is so smooth. I used to park at the airport parking and it would take longer to get to where I needed to go. Parking with you is so much smoother. I hop on the shuttle and you drop me off where I need to go and being picked up and brought back to my vehicle is very smooth too. I'm very grateful for the wonderful service as well as the more affordable pricing than parking at the airport ramp.
