When we first arrived we parked our own car and the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes.
When we returned from our trip we called and the shuttle was at the airport within 5 minutes the driver even took us directly to our car. We couldn't find our ticket, but they looked up our phone # and were able to let us through the gate.

I was able to reserve my spot online for a very reasonable price. On the day of my trip everything went smoothly I pulled in they verified my reservation and it was off to my gate.
On my way back my flight was canceled and the nice young lady on the phone told me not to worry that my vehicle is safe. When I finally got in the shuttle was there in minutes , I was able to be at my vehicle in no time and on my way back home. Highly recommend that people use the place .

Staff is always friendly and helps with bags. This most recent trip, my son lost his air pods when we departed. He thought he dropped them in the car. When we returned, We found a note on our window stating “air pods at cashier”. Someone found the air pods and left them with the cashier. They were there when we returned. Thank you for finding them and saving them for us. This says a lot about your employees.

A safe place to leave car when your out of town and the convenience of being dropped off and picked up from airport.
Something that I didn’t like on this last trip was that it took close to 25 minutes for them to pick me up from airport.
