We needed wheelchair transportation after parking. They supplied reliable transport both coming and going making our trip so much easier at a reasonable price. Our driver was so very nice and went out of her way to provide topnotch service.

Moar importantly I feel my vehicle is safe and secure when I leave it with you. The prices are reasonable and the shuttle being there even when our flight is late ie early in the morning. Security is again most important to me and I feel your company has it nailed.

What do you like about our services?

Your service is quick, easy and reliable. I pulled in at 3:30 am and instantly was met by a staff member who took my luggage and loaded it onto the shuttle. I had made a prior reservation so all I had to do was check in at the desk and board the bus. Within minutes I was at the airport and the driver offloaded my luggage and left.

When I returned, I called the shuttle, got a text message and entered my claim code. Within minutes the shuttle came, and I was boarded, and the driver loaded up my luggage. Again, within in minutes we were at the Park and Fly location and my car was waiting. I was very easy.

The parking is convenient with secure parking including roof top and dropping us to the gate area.

We did have a problem on our return. We waited in the heat at the curb for over 45 minutes before a driver appeared to pick us up.

What do you like about our services?

I love park n fly. I love the customer service and your attitude. I love the valet convenience and the proximity to SFO. I like it so much better than any other service near the airport.
