The secured parking lot with 24 hour service. The shuttle picking me up by my car and bringing me back to my car. The ease of making reservations. The ease of catching the shuttle at the airport

I like the loalty rewards program where I can get free days. The driver of the bus was very helpful with my luggage and drove me right to my car. The SF location is clean and the customer service rep help me quickly check out and fix an issue with my reservation.
