I have had a few trips this summer and had previously used Expresso. My last time with them my fight came in after midnight and the driver didn't help getting my bags on or off the shuttle. I also ended up with ants in my car! But your employees were amazing. The driver to the airport helped with my bags and gave me a tag showing what spot I was in. Very friendly! My return flight was, again, after midnight and your shuttle driver was quick, helped with all my bags, asked for my spot number and took me right to my car without asking me where my car was. Also, very friendly! Your lot was clean and well maintained and the gate agent assisted me when I couldn't find my bar code to get out, with a smile. You have my business going forward and I will tell others to come here too!
They are super friendly and I love the free car wash. Every person, from the check in/out staff to the bus drivers, are amazing! I am a long time PNF customer and I count on them every trip!!!

Shuttle pickup in the lot was immediate which was great since it was raining! It did take quite a bit to arrive at the airport for pickup but not terrible. I like the text for location pickup feature.
Last time I used your lot I had an issue. After I brought it up to management, I was more than adequately compensated for my frustration. That meant a lot and proves you care about your customers.

I had a great experience using Park N Fly. When I dropped off my car we were taken to the airport quickly. Upon return, you can call or text to let them know you are ready to be picked up. They came and picked us up promptly. They had my car ready to be loaded with our luggage. It was quick and easy, and I felt like my car was parked in a secure place while we were away. I definitely recommend using Park ‘N Fly to anyone that needs to park their car when flying out of Miami.
