I love parking at the lot because I feel confident that my car is being taken care of. I enjoy the prompt service of the shuttles, knowing that they are prompt in picking me up and delivering me back to my car from the airport.

It’s very easy to park and catch the shuttle. I have never had to wait a long time to get on the shuttle going to the terminal. Making a reservation on the app is very easy also. The wait to catch a shuttle from the terminal to the lot can be long though.

Every person I encountered at the valet, shuttle service, and checkout area, were friendly, attentive, professional and helpful! My car was waiting for me when I arrived back from my trip which was unexpected and wonderful! Thank you everyone for your first class service!!!
