Service was good the only issue was on arrival leaving for a 6:00 am flight getting there at 4 was
a liitle confusing on how to get in, everything was block an attendant finally came out and assisted us.

Convenient. Car is usually ready when I get back to your facility although it was not and I had to wait a little while even though I texted my ticket number when I got my luggage. I do not like that when you call the facility with the number on the ticket you are sent the link to the messaging instead of being able to speak to someone.

I have used the services each time that I am traveling and find it to be the most convenient way for me. The people are professional, helpful and kind especially when you have luggage to deal with.

I like the convenience of being near the airport. The prices. Although covered parking is quite expensive it was cheaper during 2020 and 2021 The app and be able to lock in a parking spot ahead of time and pay on the app.
However your attendants appear to be bummed out working there. Nobody smiles or greets you when you pull up. I got grumbled at by the shuttle driver because I mistakenly parked in the wrong row. Some smiling faces would be nice to see.

Ease of reservations, nice lobby, never a wait to get to the airport and prompt pickup from airport on the return.

Incredibly fast service

This was our second time using Park 'N Fly. We entered and exited the parking place using the code on the app. The shuttle picked us up immediately after we parked. As we exited the airport the shuttle picked us up within a minute. We used the free car wash when we picked up our car. Everything was great.

I like how my car is waiting for me when I return with my receipt. The shuttle busses run frequently, and everyone is friendly and professional. The frequency of shuttle busses was fundamental this last trip, when I arrived at Park N'Ride at 3:45 am before an early morning flight.

It was easy to book online, affordable, close to DFW airport, and the pick up was quick from the airport!

When my wife and I returned from our trip, we were delayed by the airlines for a few hours. Upon arriving after midnight, our vehicle was ready, the pick up at the airport was prompt, the driver was very courteous and helpful and the process was extremely smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better company after experiencing the difficulties with our flight.

The ability to schedule and pre-pay is amazing! The simple scanning of a QR code to check in and check out makes it very easy, affordable and time saving.

The morning the fist bus was full then the second bus picked up all the people that came after us. The attendant (very nice lady) made sure we got on the next bus.
