Very efficient. As soon as we arrived & parked a shuttle picked us up. When we returned it took less than 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Both drivers were polite & helpful with loading luggage.

They provided great assistance in helping me to exit the parking surface lot with an oversize commercial van (10'6" wouldn't fit under the garage or the exit gate (prepaid) of the surface lot due to low overhang of the gate building. They opened the middle entrance gate and moved the cones to facilitate my exit. Additionally, when I got the 'receipt' on my PNF app on my iPhone, it didn't have the amount paid and I needed a receipt for reimbursement by my company. I emailed and had a PDF copy to turn in with my expense report.

I love PARKDIA. The prices are very reasonable. The location is prime. The drivers are friendly, prompt and helpful.

I wish the parking spots were a little bigger. I always feel like my doors are at risk because luggage and people getting out, not a lot of room. Other than that, PARKDIA is the way to go!!

Put my mind at ease with valet parking and getting to the airport within just a few minutes. Staff and drivers were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would use again

It was the best parking system that I have ever used. We drove in the garage, dropped off our car and got on the bus. When we returned, I sent a text with our flight information in the morning. Followed the instructions for pick up. Our car was waiting for us as we got off the bus. I prepaid for the parking. It was a great rate and a great experience. All the employees were wonderful and kind.
