Convenient. Employees are nice and friendly. Like that the shuttle is waiting for you when you park. But, it can be a long wait to get on a shuttle at the airport. This last time, we finally got on the third shuttle.

I was able to make a reservation online without having an account set up and get it linked to a new account when we parked. Pickup at BDL was very prompt. The driver was courteous and helpful.
