I did pay ahead of time and the exit gate system did not recognize this and wanted me to pay again. The attendant in the window was not extremely helpful, but all in all it was a very good experience. We would use your lot again.

The only draw back this time was half of the lot was closed off and it took awhile to find a place to park. If you are going to resurface the lot that is fine but it would help the customers if they knew this. Other than that it was fine. I will be seeing you the end of October, already have the reservation.

this last trip, when I called to get picked up it went to voicemail and the automated text responses were redundant and unhelpful. Someone should be reading the texts and answering the phones.
