The experience was perfect! I can’t think of the last time our parking experience was this seamless. From dropping off our vehicle to the shuttle rides to the friendly professionals who assisted us. If there was one thing I would say could use improvement, it would be the app. Everytime I tried to select the option for my Gold Discount, the app would crash. I ended up just paying regular price for ease. Probably more of a corporate issue.

Easy to find. Shuttles waiting to pick you up to take you to the terminal close to your car, quick trip to terminal, help with bags, easy to find shuttle at airport, quick trip back, delivery straight to car, great prices, rewards program for free days and easy to book online.

What do you like about our services?

Fair pricing. Shuttles usually efficient. We have used this service many times. On our last trip the shuttle experience was terrible. We had to wait 40 mins for a shuttle as there was a large line of people waiting to get back to the parking lot. It was over an hour after we got our bags to when we got back to the car.

What do you like about our services?

Excellent! Our plane was delayed at Chicago Midway & we didn’t arrive until 2:15 a.m. & shuttle came promptly for pick up. Customer Service (I think it was Miss Jones at gate when we arrived & she was wonderful).
We will use service again & highly recommend.
