This was our first time using a service like this and it was great! Our initial drop off and ride to the airport was quick and the driver was friendly. When we got back from vacation we had a very short wait for our shuttle and our driver that night was awesome! Very friendly and helpful with our bags. I can confidently say that we will be using Park ‘N Fly the next time we fly.

Facility felt safe and secure. Process was quick and seamless. A sign directed us to the best parking row and the driver pulled up to meet us at our vehicle immediately. I expected to need to walk to a bus stop. The driver was kind and helpful. Return was a little confusing as we had never done this before. Once we figured out where to go pickup was relatively quick. That driver was also great and dropped us off right at our car.

The only improvement needed is with finding the location to get picked up. I had to dig to find where the pickup location was after getting off our flight. We did fly international so we had to take a bus over to domestic so that may have been some of our confusion. ATL airport.
