The covered parking & security of the lot is very good. The pickup service is even greater thanks for everything plus I was gone a week on vacation & business & my vehicle was very secure while I were outta town & the service at the checkout were very great as well. The lady that checked me out were very nice & thanks

Service was good. Sometimes the person at the front seems a little confused about where to send people to park. But other than that I have had a good experience lately with the shuttle picking us up in a timely manner. The shuttle drivers always seem courteous.
The app seems to be working properly now. I have had problems in the past using the request the shuttle button and retrieving my current reservation.

Drivers are friendly, prompt, and it is close to the airport. I also lie that I am credited with free parking after a specific number of parking days.

I liked the ease of finding the Park n fly.. I didn't have to worry about driving to the airport and back. The staff was great .

Easy online process. App could use a little more refining but overall good. One down side was parked in stall open to the elements for a week. Car was filthy. Shuttle experience was good. Got a stub from the driver to remind me of car location. Quick pick up and drop off

Our shuttle bus driver, Valerie, went above and beyond to assist us when we got to our vehicle and found that our car battery was dead. She was able to jump start our car with jumper cables to get our car up and running. She always had a smile on her face and was very accommodating. Very pleased with our service.!

I truly appreciate how quickly the shuttles get me to my terminal. As soon as I park, I’m on the way to my terminal allowing me to save money while also making my flight with plenty of time to spare.
