Quick pick up and drop off with shuttle

Drivers were pleasant. We didn't have to wait long to catch the shuttle, coming or going. My flight home was delayed, but there was zero hassle with my prepayment upon exit.

Drivers were excellent. Was able to drop car off for week long trip and felt secure in knowing car was safe and I could get to the airport on time.

Not really sure if I can recommend you to my friends since you let my son wait almost two hours in the airport last Tuesday for your shuttle. Please organize your shuttle pick at the airport as soon as you can so other passengers won't suffer like you did to my son.

I parked my vehicle for the first time at Park ‘N Fly. The young Asian male that worked the night shift was extremely helpful. When I returned from my trip to pick up my car, the same young man helped me. He even drove me to my car in the golf cart. After a long exhausting trip, the customer service was greatly appreciated. Plus, it was easy to park and pick up vehicle.
