I appreciated the ease to reserve a parking space and to arrive at the airport. I wish the process to get picked up at the airport was more clear to new customers.

They did a great job. As we drove in transport followed us to our spot. Helped with luggage and told us where to go to get checked in since terminal E check in was still under construction.

Return trip was same great service. On time to pick us up from airport and got us to our spot and recommended going to free car wash on way out.

The service and timeliness both at the lot and at the airport were outstanding. Drivers were very helpful and courteous. I have already recommended your services to other people.

The only problem I had was trying to get the code reader to actually read the barcode you texted me. When we exited one of your employees had to read the code with a hand held reader. This was annoying.

Prompt pick up from car to go to airport. Also the wait time for pick up at airport on the return trip was not long.

You do the driving. We don’t have to deal with traffic. Buses were clean. We were picked up and dropped of right at our vehicle. Drivers were very friendly.
