The services were excellent
Getting back from the airport was easy for me. However others had some difficulty and your business model could benefit from a simple change.
When a second party such as a hotel books a reservation, force them to provide a phone number (and/or an email address) that you can put in your computer. Also get back to the reservation desk with ticket number.
I say this because at least 3 parties on the bus were clueless on how to contact you. They waited outside looking for your bus and got on what they thought was the correct bus. Lots of back and forth radio traffic ensued and most of it would have been unnecessary. They did not even have the phone number to call.
I called the number and a text message was sent to my phone to enter my ticket number. The other folks did not have a ticket number and no one was actually answering the voice line. So they were almost in a panic.
Enforcing stricter protocol for second party reservation desks could have prevented the confusion.
The shuttle was available as soon as we arrived at the pick up location. The parking lot was well lit at night and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Reserving the parking prior to our trip was very convenient and leaving the lot was easy with the scan code provided. The rate was very reasonable and we will use this service again and recommend to friends.
