The man who picked us up from the parking lot and who picked us up from the airport was super nice, polite, and kind. I felt safe with him and his driving. We have found your business to be reliable and your price point fits our budget.

I arrived off-hours (about 3 am on Tuesday and 1 am on Saturday) and both times was quickly shuttled to the airport and back to my car upon returning to Atlanta. The drivers were professional and friendly and I didn't have to worry about leaving my car in the parking lot for several days.

Actually the driver who we got back from terminal C to the parking lot was quite the unfriendly sort. As the passengers stepped up to the van entrance he would not get up from his seat, nor would he help anyone with their bags. All he did was ask for their tickets.

of course I have seen this before, e.g. LAX airport rental car shuttle bus, and NY airport rental car shuttle bus, but I have never seen this in a private company, and never at pnf before.

However, after entering the parking lot he heled EVERY passenger with their baggage. Of course I did not need any help, I dragged my suitcase and was out of the bus before he got up from his seat.

Besides this ride, I am a big fan of park n fly. for the most part I have had excellent experiences and will continue to use them.
