Easy to book online. Easy pick up at car. Easy drop off at airport. This time, I did not return to airport to pick up my car (another family member who flew back earlier did). In the past, I was left guessing when the shuttle would pick me up, but I understand you have improved this. In a world where instantaneous information is becoming expected, this is nice.
