Park N Fly Midway is a well oiled machine. They make my travel between parking and getting to and from the airport seemless and very easy-going. The parking rates are very reasonable. The parking lot is secured and also very clean. I like that the shuttle bus picks me up at my car within a minute or so after I arrive. The drivers are always very courteous. I don't have to lift my bags. They take my bags out of my car and even upon my return they put my bags back in my car. The shuttle bus is always a clean and comfortable ride. When I return to the airport and after I've claimed my baggage, I like that I'm able to just text the number provided and I immediately receive a text back telling me where to go to get in a shuttle bus that is waiting. I didn't realize it but they've written my parking spot on my claim ticket so the driver is able to take me directly to my car. I've been using Park N Fly Midway for years and will continue to use them. I have always had a great experience.

Door-to-door service is amazing

At MDW Airport, the #5 door is on the opposite side of the Baggage Claim.
So, if you get you bags, the card from ParknFly says walk out the doors to the street and you will be in front of door #5. However, if you can easily get confused if you are facing the pickup lanes. The last door is #4 and you will miss the pickup.

The drivers are always so kind and helpful! Someone on our shuttle left something in their vehicle and fortunately since they did valet, another shuttle driver was able to get in their car, retrieve the bag and bring it to them at the airport. I was sincerely impressed!

I’ve used Park N Fly for years. It’s an efficient way to get to and from the airport and it saves me money.

Everybody is friendly, professional and helpful. Also, we didn’t have to wait long for the bus to pick us up after we parked our car and it was a quick ride to the airport. When we came home from our trip we didn’t have to wait for a bus. There was a bus already sitting in the designated area when we walked out of the terminal. We have used Park and Fly for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience.

The indoor parking and the efficiency of your staff. However, this time we paid for indoor parking and there was none available. We weren’t happy about that.
