It's fast and convenient. The only reason I didn't give you a 10 is because there was no drive in sight when we got to the Minneapolis location the morning of our trip. It took close to 15 minutes before we finally saw a bus. There was no one working in the booth, so we had no one to ask about when we would be able to catch our bus.

What do you like about our services?

First, you were fast! Traveling can be exhausting, especially with a kid in tow, but you were quick taking us to the airport and dropping us off. Plus, I was happy that my car was in a safe lot.

Shuttle is distinguishable from other shuttles. Location is easy and isolated from foot traffic and.residential areas. Convenient card to identify location of vehicle given by driver and also taken by driver to locate my vehicle on my return
