Never a long wait. The shuttle is usually at your vehicle before you have your bags, etc. ready to go and never a long wait at airport.
Better to go this route than the walk, etc. at the ATL long term parking option.

I found Park "N Fly to be very fast and convenient, especially on arrival last night. A van arrived within minutes and were packed and en route within minutes of arrival back at the lot. I will definitely use Park N' Fly again.

I like everything about pnf.since you get the everything is smooth. They check you in and then take you to the airport in a matter of minutes.the pick up is great too,you just call and by the time you get to the garage your car is ready to go.
