We used the Park ‘N Fly DFW location for the first time this past week. Both departure and arrival went smoothly. In addition to no wait times for the bus on either end, I appreciated the covered parking and the ability to prepay for a discount when pre-booking online.

Pick-ups and drop-offs have always been very efficient and prompt. There also is always someone available at the facility if you should have any problems. Price is also very reasonable, and you can earn free days by being a frequent customer. I never worry about the security there either.

The transport was waiting for us after we collected our luggage. Everything from reservations to exiting the parking was easy.
Only negative is that the neighborhood seems a bit concerning.

The young man who drove our shuttle from DFW to our car was one of the most pleasant, friendly and professional service providers that I’ve worked with in a very long time. I also loved the prepaid functionality with the QR code for entry and exit, which was quick and easy. I loved your app where I could track the shuttle while waiting on it to pick us up. The wait for the shuttle was longer than I would have liked (about 25 mins), but probably understandable given it was 10:40PM.

I was able to reserve parking online. Check-in and check-out was easy. People at the entrance and exit were very friendly along with the drivers who took us to the airport and back.

Quick pick up and delivery to airport. You upgraded me for free to valet because self park was full. Loved the valet service so much I will use it in the future. Simple to find lot. Super friendly attendants. Overall great experience.
