Convenient, and good service.

It’s very easy and convenient. I choose my parking space the shuttle came right away to my car and the driver loaded my luggage on the shuttle bus he also unloaded my luggage at the airport. When I return from my trip I sent a text message and the shuttle was there under 3 minutes. I had a great experience. Both drivers was very polite.

Quick shuttle, safe worry free parking.

Efficient, priced reasonably and from the parking lot it’s easy to access BDL without having to park in the busy traffic corridor.

Courteous organized and efficient staff. Drive up check in on spot 8/5 and on return 8/8 driver kept his eye out for more passengers even as pulling away! Thanks!! Rinh, for stopping for one more, it was midnight and I didn’t have to wait for another driver. LP

BABA! Both going & returning Baba was kind, caring. Twice I witnessed him go out of his way to return items riders left on his bus. He's a gem!

Pulled on the lot and was immediately greeted by a staff member. The shuttle was right in front of my car as I parked, which was great. When we returned the shuttle was already outside the airport and ready to go. Will definitely be here again

It is a convenient and a somewhat protected location. Being able to reserve online simplifies checking in and out of the facility. The shuttles have always been timely without a long airport pickup wait. Great job Park 'n Fly!! We will be back!
