The facility was easy to find. There are plenty of spaces available to park. The vans show up promptly. They deliver you right to the front door at the airport, and pick you up right near the baggage claim, and even help with your bags. The fee is about half of that at the airport ramp.

Good location, friendly, fast and efficient
VERY good communication. The shuttle driver, the same guy took me to PHL for my departure and picked me up from upon my return, was very patient with me. Upon my return, one of their drivers came up to me at the Waiting Area, explained he was in another customer's car picking them up, and he assured me that the shuttle was enroute to pick me up. That's unheard of! Above and beyond! The woman in the booth on my way out was helpful w directions. I thanked her and told her how pleased I was, she asked me to share this on line. She genuinely CARES about the company for whom she works, and their customers. You don't find that every day, either. I will use this service every time I fly, which will be 3 or 4 more times this year.

Easy to make reservations, the shuttles are always immediately available to take pick you up and take you to the airport and when needed to be picked up at the airport. I like the text message they send when they know you will be returning to get fast and easy pickup
