I don't have a cell phone and had trouble calling . Finally went to info desk. They told me to go outside and see if they come. Was a little un-settleing. People at the office should answer phone when people call.

The turnaround time is quick (transport to and from airport). Also the distance to the airport is perfect. Price was good.

I suggest that instructions are offered upon arrival. It was our first time and workers assumed we knew what to do, so we had to keep asking “what do we do, where do we go.” Other than that, we were pleased with the service and location.
