The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The purse with the return ticket for the parking lot was stolen and the staff was great with letting a family member drop off a spare key and driving us into the parking lot to look for our car. We were very grateful for the driver who helped us.

Entrance/Exit staff always ready to teach/assist even now when we know what to do. Very reassuring to know if something goes wrong, they help. The bus drivers are so efficient and nice. Our return driver this time fit so many people and luggage. Quite skilled and quick!!
