The shuttles are an efficient way with minimal waiting for travel to and from the airport terminals.

I like the fact that my car is ready and running when I get back to the airport. I don't use self park. I do have a problem with how long it sometimes takes for a bus to get to the airport for pickup, I believe you should have more drivers and faster pickup. Your price to me when I pay in advance is fair but the regular price is very high, if I was going to pay that much for parking, I'd park undercover at the airport and not use park n fly.

I like the ability to make reservations. Service is quick. I do not like how you must be dropped off on the side of the airport. This is not convenient for elderly people who can not walk far & need a wheelchair. We go out of Pittsburgh because of this when we can.

Your service has always been reliable and on time. This visit was not any different. We use you whenever we travel out of Midway. Your driver was very prompt after we got our luggage and he thankfully squeezed 9-10 of us into his shuttle. It was obvious from his radio conversation that shuttles were in short supply and waiting for another shuttle would be lengthy. It wasn’t until we got home and removed one of our pieces of luggage and discovered it had been smashed. The steel frame had been bent in an area that would align with the luggage rack in the shuttle. When the frame was bent it stressed/broken the plastic bezel around the handle. The suitcase is no longer usable. While we will likely continue to use you, I am disappointed that I will have to replace the luggage. Thank you!
