the location and service is top notch... you drivers are helpful and courteous.

This trip we had to wait a bit for the shuttle back to the parking lot but is was not a big deal ... just longer that all the other times we have used Park N Fly. I am sure it is hard to keep the units spaced out depending on the volume of customers.

Easy to book, easy to park, quick shuttle service! Very pleased, have used several times. My only problem is when I leave , I cannot reach the scanner for the QR code because I have bad shoulders so i practically have to climb out of the car. Can you raise them up a little?

I have never had to wait for the shuttle, either when I’ve parked, or upon pickup from the airport. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful!! VERY HAPPY with this business!!!
