This is the first time we have used Park N Fly and we were so impressed! A shuttle was there at our car to pick us up as soon as we parked. We had a shuttle waiting at the airport as soon as we got our luggage. They took us directly to our car and they were so nice, punctual and professional!
You have friendly and HELPFUL staff at your Chicago MDW location... from checking in, the van drivers, quick pick up on return to airport, and checking back out! at the lot I know my car is safe with your gated location and I don't have to leave my key with you!!! Keep up the good work!

Driver of shuttle bus was at my car shortly after parking. He also thankfully gave me a small document with my parking spot written on it. Happy he also provided me with assistance loading my heavy luggage. I've parked with Park N Fly many times before when traveling with family. From all of my experiences, they've treated all customers equally so it makes me proud to say I've parked with & gotten a ride to/from the MSP Airport.
