Easy to use and quick service

The service provided by Park 'N Fly Plus save us from a huge headache during our traveling experience. I made the reservation through the app. Pulled into PNF at the selected time. We were greeted and they scanned the QR choose from the app. The team took the luggage from my car and loaded it into the shuttle. Gave us a voucher to claim my car when we returned and had is to the airport in minutes. Upon our return, I clicked the "come get me" button in the app. The driver was there at the appointed spot and loaded our luggage into the shuttle. When we arrived at the Park N Fly Plus lot my car was running with the AC on and the hatch popped. Our luggage was taken off the shuttle and loaded strait into the car. And the attendant opened the door for me. Every single one of the staff was pleasant and friendly. It truly was an enjoyable experience.

We haven't had a need to use Park n Fly for a few years and I am always hesitant due to a very bad experience at the place across the street. Park n Fly was super easy to reserve, access and park. We will definitely use them again!

Everything was effortless. The attendants were courteous and helpful, a were the drivers, who were friendly. There was little waiting, either going or returning. The price was very reasonable.
