Drop off at the building was without effort. Staff was friendly and trip to airport was good. Pickup up the following week was simple and my truck was ready when I arrived.
Our driver was courteous and quick to load our heavy luggage when we were picked up at the airport! Our luggage had not yet arrived when we were supposed to be picked up, and we informed the driver who made sure he returned to pick us up after he dropped off other passengers
