We used valet parking. Since it was our first time here, there was a bit of a misunderstanding on our part regarding the procedure, but it was quickly remedied by your staff. The shuttle delivered us on time, and picked us up promptly. Thank goodness you printed instructions on how to get to the pickup point on our return; it was very clear and easy to follow. Pickup was seamless. I have no complaints.
