Easy & affordable
I look forward to a bottle of water at the end of my trip when leaving Park n Fly. However, the booth was out of water, so I didn't get any!!🙁🙁
Easy and on time
A prior experience I had in March was not all that good, with a long wait for the bus.
This time I sent the text in while at baggage claim so when I got to the pickup point, we waited maybe 2 minutes.
The bus already had people on board and there were more waiting that the bus could handle. Added to that one man and his wife got on with their luggage, sat and just as the bus was about to leave they realized they were on the wrong bus. The driver handled this well, plus he made sure only two of the people waiting got on and prevented a surge of all those waiting.
The driver also handled every persons luggage and still managed to control would could have been the unhappy group left waiting.
I am still disappointed that you no longer provide the small bottles of water when i pick up my car at valet.

The staff is extremely efficient and professional. I love every aspect of this place; it is an impressive operation for the cost and I am grateful to have it. The only thing that I would recommend is a way to tip the shuttle drivers without cash. I feel terrible for forgetting to get cash sometimes and they do such a great job...it would be great to have a backup to take care of them.

The navigation to get to the parking was clear and easy to follow. The vans were quick to find me at my parking spot and pick me up. Yet when I told them that I would need some time to get situated before I was ready to leave, quickly and politely they said they would notify them the next driver to come back in a few minutes and leave me be to get situated. They were very helpful getting on and off of their vans. I appreciated their overhead monitoring command center. It appeared that their lots more well staffed, and everyone there was happy and appeared to like their job and liked coming to work which help ease my stress and anxiety, since I do not fly often and the constant construction and changes cause great

I’ve used your services many times and every time has been great. I love how easy it is to book online and how easy and consistent the actual parking/shuttle experience is every time. The gate attendant and the drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how reasonable the price is- much cheaper than taking a cab or limo to the airport from my house.
Entry is easy, employees are friendly, shuttle picks up/drops off right at my parking spot & shuttles run quite often, so I barely have a 5 minute wait at the terminal.
